Abstract

В статье рассмотрены первые шаги в освоении профессии сегодняшними 40-50-летними россиянами: выбор ими профессии или первого места работы в контексте возрастного развития, первичный выбор с точки зрения профессиональной карьеры и проиллюстрированы известные науки закономерности данными эмпирического исследования - биографических интервью.
