Abstract

The author analyses the dynamics of business climate assessment in Russia under the crisis conditions. The study is based on business community polls conducted by VCIOM in 2008 and 2009. The article considers the transformation of the business problem field, where the lack of qualified personnel is displaced by the problems resulted from the current crisis such as financial deficit, shortage of working capital, loan problems, and business profitability decrease. The author also points out the positive changes in business climate such as the formation of responsible financial behavior.
