Финансовые и инструментальные трансферты в семьях пожилых респондентов в России и Эстонии: есть ли этнокультурные различия?

В рамках исследования рассматривается обмен как финансовыми (денежные средства или их близкие эквиваленты), так и инструментальными (помощь в уходе или по хозяйству) трансфертами пожилых респондентов с другими членами расширенной семьи, проживающими или не проживающими с ними, а также особенности ухода пожилых респондентов за внуками.
Авторы опираются на базу данных международного исследования SHARE, проведенного в России в 2021 г. и регулярно проводимого в Эстонии (анализируется волна 2015 г.), и с использованием бинарной логистической регрессии анализируют факторы получения и передачи трансфертов респондентами 50 лет и старше.
Отталкиваясь от ранее проведенных в других странах исследований и учитывая ограничения данных, авторы работы предполагали увидеть этнические различия в обменах финансовыми ресурсами в большей степени, чем инструментальной поддержкой; в получении денежных трансфертов — больше, чем в их передаче. Результаты проведенного исследования отчасти подтвердили сформулированные в статье гипотезы, выявив слабое и неустойчивое влияние этнической принадлежности на включенность людей старшего возраста в межсемейные обмены. Только при контроле прочих факторов (включая образование и особенно доход), принадлежность к этнической группе, отличной от доминирующей в стране, повышает вероятность участия в обмене (как передаче, так и получении) финансовыми трансфертами, но за, редким исключением, не оказывает значимого влияния на вероятность участия в обмене инструментальными трансфертами и совсем не дифференцирует уход за внуками.
