Abstract

The article continues the analysis of life values and psychology of the middle-aged people and their role in society. Most of them were hard to survive during the social economic reforms of 1980-1990-s. Not everyone could have managed the secondary socialization, which resulted in frustration and sticking in the past. At the same time many people of that generation head organizations and keep traditions and moral values.
