Abstract

The issue is actual because of the contradiction between the huge potential of new information technologies, on the one hand, and very law level of its implementation within state bodies, on the other hand. Consequently, the data of the expert poll was analyzed to describe the current state of the use of information and communication technologies by state bodies, as well as the problems and directions of the further development.
