But the most important thing is that neither the authorities nor the business at that time could imagine what sociological or marketing research is. By the way, I did not have any idea about that too. I had to study it and then to I had to teach my potential customers. I think that many regional centers, which began their work in those years, went through this. It was very difficult, but very interesting. The latter was just a powerful incentive to move forward, to master the new, to learn and offer customers the results.
