Abstract

The study is focused on the problem of the specific of the legal consciousness of the Russian youth, and also on the definitions of the ways and possibilities of elaborating the mechanisms of its development. The author concludes, that one of the most topical ways to improve the legal literacy of the youth is the increase in knowledge of the constitutional obligations of Russian citizens, and also of the basics of the democratic state.
