Abstract

The author considers the results of the poll conducted by the Center for Strategic Studies and devoted to the study of Russian enterprises employees` opinion about what types of additional education their companies provide. In particular, the study reveals that half of enterprises pursue additional education at their own expense; the other half of companies sends their employees to get education at other companies and educational institutions. The study also tells about the preferences of Russian companies` employees over the issue of additional education.
