Russian Civic Society in the Regional Dimension

Abstract

The author examines the psychological component of orientation of the public to support civil society institutions including the level of education of citizens, their well-being, and urbanization of their residence of living. The author concludes that Russian society is differentiated according to region which is resulted in the number of non-commercial organizations in subjects of the RF, qualitative indicators of their performance and the level of public engagement in practice of civil society.
