Regional Features of Social Mood during Economic Crisis

Abstract

The author attempts to describe factors that define social moods in regions in terms of crisis. The author states that the objective factors that play crucial role at the regional level are recession, inflation, unemployment, and reduction of per capita income while the social well-being of the metropolitan residents is basically influenced by inertia in thinking and specifics of mentality.
