Abstract

The author considers social architecture (as new research area in building organizational social environment) in terms of managerial expectancies of the subject and the object of the organizational interactions. On the basis of the empiric study of management in organizational interactions, the main resources of the social communication are defined. These resources can be arranged into three basic groups – guidance, leadership and leadership management. According to the detailed analysis and the methodology used in the study, the process of managerial interactions is specified from the perspective of indicators describing each group. The approach used in the study can be applied to the main types of management activity. The method was implemented in a computer program that provides comfort at work.
