In memory of S.A. Kugel

Abstract

Samuel Aronovich Kugel did not make his 91st birthday. His biography ended, postbiography began. And the way it will develop depends on those who worked with him for many years, who knew and understood the guidelines and the nature of his researches, who realized what an amazing person he was. And, of course, it also depends on development of science and sociology in Russia.
