Моральные дилеммы в период пандемии COVID-19: виды, способы решения, последствия

В статье анализируются различия между реальными и гипотетическими моральными дилеммами; сравниваются эмпиристский и рационалистский подходы к их существованию. Описывается спектр дилемм в контексте пандемии, анализируются способы решения дилемм и их последствия в медицинской и общественной сферах. В качестве основного метода используется анализ публикаций 2020-2023 гг. по теме принятия решений в период пандемии COVID-19 (91 статья из WoS, Scopus, eLIBRARY.RU и ResearchGate), а также данных социально-экономической статистики.
Автор приходит к выводу, что в рамках эмпиристского подхода, признающего существование морального выбора, медперсонал решал дилемму распределения коек и ИВЛ, что при отсутствии четких инструкций увеличивало смертность, обостряло проблему дефицита медицинских ресурсов и имело негативные психологические последствия. Рационалистский подход реализовывался в виде протоколов и использования искусственного интеллекта, то есть в сочетании строгости мер государственного и социального контроля и строгого пандемийного дискурса. Это привело к отсутствию моральных выборов и следованию ограничениям.
В заключении статьи описываются преимущества интерпретации дилемм как ситуаций, имеющих однозначно вычисляемое решение, а не как морального выбора в условиях чрезвычайных обстоятельств. Анализируется дискуссия о допустимости ограничения свободы выбора, дискриминации отдельных категорий граждан, возможной дегуманизации и рисках использования протоколов и искусственного интеллекта.
